First off your time is not valuable. I had a scheduled appt for months, I arrived 15 mins before my appt time and wasn't seen until 2 hours after my arrival time. Then was ordered some unnecessary test that I will cancel before time bc the reason the Dr gave me for scheduling the test was "just because you've never had one" absolutely ridiculous at best, and has caused me to have a panic attack that lasted a week. I'm glad that I didn't disclose that I had panic attacks bc I probably would have been scheduled for heart surgery.

Dr. Narayan saved my sons life. In my opinion he is a wonderful dr. He came in to see my son every day. Amd my son was in hospital for 3 months.

Dr. Naryan was thorough during my appointment with him. He ordered a stress test. His staff told me I would here something in 5 - 10 business days from them. On the 10th business day (2 weeks later) I called. The RECEPTIONIST told me my results were normal. He apparently read it the weekend before and I was in the "to call" pile. I had some additional concerns and wanted to speak to him about them so they booked me an appointment for 8:15 a few days later. At 9:00 I asked if it was going to be much longer and they told me he doesn't usually come in until 9:45. So why did they make me an 8:15 appointment to go over my results?! His staff acted like they didn't know why I was there, actually asking me if I had ever seen him before. He seemed knowledgeable, but his staff doesn't have a clue and I don't guess I will ever get my results because I left and don't plan on going back. The staff giving the stress test were very nice, but I was there for 4 hours.

Dr. Narayan is impressive. He always listens to what you have to say. He orders tests and goes over the results with you. He found a heart problem that I did not know about that I had all my life.
