Dr. Yates is compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. She always has time to listen and explain your conditions. Her staff has always been kind and caring also. We both are pleased with all her services from the very first visit we had with her. Very busy Doctor. Appointments are always on time too.

Dr Yates has been treating me for my reoccurring melanoma for close to 30 years. She has been professional at all times. She calls to let know about the results of my biopsies.

I have been a patient of dr Yates since 2000. I was diagnosed with melanoma at the age of 18. I have received a full body exam from Dr Yates every 6 months since. I am now 35. She is very knowledgable and has found several skin problems a long the way that if not going to her regularly I would more than likely never found.

I have never met a more knowledgeable, professional and caring dermatologist as Dr. Yates. I trust her with my life. She has been my first line of defense in my ongoing battle with cancer. When the biopsy results are received by her staff they do not hesitant to contact me at once. The staff calls and checks on me as I fight this battle with cancer. I've NEVER known more caring professionals as these wonderful folks. They truly care about me and I feel the same way about them. I'm sorry if other reviewers are negative about Dr Yates/Staff. Remember: Everyone has bad days from time-to-time.

Dr Yates diagnosed my first melanoma in 1995, she has treated and shown sincere concern for me and my entire family over 20 years! She is one of the kindest and smartest doctors I have ever had! She diagnosed a melanoma on my mom that another dermatologist disregarded as nothing! She can't take new patients for a reason:)

Called to make an appointment and Wilma answered the phone and was completely rude..She stated the doctor was not accepting new patients and then hung up the phone in my face. Based on HER customer service..I dont want anything to do with this office..and I will be letting everyone know!

Barely looked at me, and did not want to do any tests at first. After asking for the tests, she called to tell me I had a very serious disease - over the phone and first thing like she was letting me know my dry cleaning was ready. No compassion, no suggestion to come in and discuss it. Maybe she's good with acne, but with more serious issues she falls short.
