I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Bartlett. Everything was explained well and his reception staff are lovely. Dr. Bartlett himself is clearly a very skilled surgeon, as my recovery process was smooth and my scars are basically invisible. My one tiny complaint is that the nurse in the recovery room put the blood pressure cuff on so tight when I was coming out of anesthesia that it left marks on my arm for a week, ouch! Regardless, I would definitely recommend his office if you are looking for stellar results.

I am a FTM transgender patient who had a double mastectomy with Dr. Bartlett. I don't usually go out of my way to leave reviews on doctors, but I was moved to leave one for Dr. Bartlett. The facilities were very clean and the staff was extremely respectful and approachable. Not only was the procedure successful with better results than I had expected, the overall experience was very positive. There was a lot of open communication and any questions I had were answered promptly. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Bartlett to anyone else considering top surgery in the area.

2012 FTM pre-T, keyhole top surgery w/nipple graft. Dr. Bartlett and his staff are professional, respectful, and provide a safe, comfortable space--including an in-house, private OR for surgical procedures. Being a transman, safety and comfort is of the utmost importance; as soon as I met Dr. Bartlett, I knew I wanted him to perform my surgery. This intuition was not garnered solely from the office environment, but also from the fact that Dr. Bartlett clearly possesses an eye for detail and accepts nothing less than his very best effort. I cannot recommend him, his practice, and the services they offer enough. Sheer professionalism. My highest marks.

We are about to have the 4th and final surgery to remove my 2 year old daughter's neveses. He is WONDERFUL. He is so genuine and kind and GREAT at what he does. I feel so comfortable with him. His office staff is very kind and the staff he works with at Lexington sattlelite for surgeries adore him and say "he's the best." As far as pediatrics he is wonderful, thorough, kind and knowledgeable.

I had been embarrassed about my "double chin" my entire life. I saw Dr Bartlett for chin/neck liposuction recently. Throughout the entire process I was always treated with the upmost respect. His entire staff is truly wonderful! His nurses gave me fantastic care. My results...let's just say I'm not the least bit self conscious anymore!

I had my upper eyelids done by Dr. Bartlett last year in his office operating room. It was a wonderful experience and I had a great result. My eyes look awesome. I felt very well cared for by his staff and the nurses were great!

I had otoplasty to correct a defect in my right ear. However, following the procedure the right ear continued to stick out 60% more than the left (left ear 15mm, right ear 25mm). Unhappy with the results, I requested a further correction, which was done six months later. Following that surgery there was no measurable difference, the right ear still protruded in an unnatural way. Dr. Bartlett's response was that it was a 'good' result. I went to Mass Eye/Ear, as well as my PCP, and both said my right ear protruded far more than the normal population. The Dr. at Mass eye/ear also offered to do a 3rd surgery to fix the problem. So now I'm left almost one year after the original surgery, still insecure about the right ear, and paying for a second surgery that should have been corrected the first time. Dr. Bartlett offered no partial refund for his work - with a very subjective 'I think it looks fine' response even in light of the other surgeons measurements.
