Dr. Shah diagnosed my illness, helped me dissipate a massive blood clot (DVT) in my right leg and has helped me regulate my INR levels with follow up appointments. She helped me understand my illness, my new limitations and more than than that she kept me from feeling depressed about them. She filled out all necessary documents for me, encouraged my return to work without pressuring me to return before I was ready. She provides sympathy and understanding while always pushing for me to make the most of the days I can. Her staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful whenever problems arise and go out of their way to accommodate any appointments that might be needed on the fly.
