Hello reader, Dr. Coutinho is not very sincere to her patients, she is not very happy to listen to their problems and only likes to put them on medications. I wouldn't recommend her if you are planning to have a baby. In my opinion, she does not like women with high BMI and is very inconsiderate to their issues. Thank you!

I've been a patient of Dr Coutinho for 19 years! She is one of the most kind, patient, honest and helpful people I know. I couldn't imagine going to anyone else - which means she can never ever retire ;). It boggles my mind why anyone would think otherwise.

Dr. Coutinho is very rude and I have a reason to believe that she makes fun of her patient's problems! She is not sincere to her patients and did not hear my problems well. Plus, the staff goofs up the bills to make it worst. She is definitely in a wrong profession!!!

In my opinion, she is very rude and does not treat her patients well. She seems in a hurry and totally inconsiderate of my time and well being. I wouldn't recommend her.

I have gone to Dr. Coutinho for the past 10 years and have always found her to very professional and responsive to any of my questions or concerns. I have never heard her make any derogatory comments about myself or anyone else.

Dr. Coutinho is very rude and unprofessional. I saw her once during my pregnancy and that was plenty; I had to change doctors. She does not care for her patients with true sincerity.

I don't want to be super specific to be able to keep some anonymity. But I could overhear very hurtful & unnecessary comments about me from both her and staff. I felt judged and uncomfortable. Its shocking how rude and uncaring she is. They even find a way to be rude about schedueling. Something unpleasant happened every single appointment. I felt like I was annoying or bothering her even when I went out of my way to be pleasant to her and her staff. When I told another medical professional who works with pregnancy a lot about it, she immediately knew who I was talking about and said that A LOT of girls had had major problems with her. I'm not one to switch doctors all the time, but there's just no way I can continue going there. I'm not going there just to get bashed, and I'm not the only one. I'm shocked she's a medical "professional" involved with sensitive issues and women when they're the most emotional if we bother her so much. The only positive thing I've heard of her is that she makes tea recommendations. I didn't feel RESPECTED. And it's like this all the time (not one bad day) with a lot of women. So i won't "bother" her anymore and go elsewhere. (anywhere but here)

I have always had a good vibe and positive visit with Dr. Countinho. I've explained to her I don't want to take medications while pregnant and asked her if mint tea was okay and she seemed more than okay with my thoughts on this. She even recommended some things. I have never heard her talk badly about anyone. She is quick and to the point which I personally like, hoping she will be available for my babies birth! - Tanya H

Every time I had intercourse I started to bleed and Dr. Coutinho was very rude about my problems and delayed my test until the next day because her daughter was having "issues at school". She would constantly comment on my weight gains and I would hear her say to her colleagues that I was "fat and annoying". I was very displeased and will never be returning to her.
