I find Dr. Musher to be very knowledgeable but short on words. His bedside manner leaves something to be desired. I certainly don't look to chat with doctors that I know are very busy but this doctor leaves me speechless, all I want to do is dismiss myself. I feel like a number in his day - a job he has to do. Don't get me wrong, he's diagnosed me correctly and recommended very sane and easy solutions that worked but I don't want to have something serious happen to me and have to rely on him and his lack of compassion. I thought I could handle a somewhat cold doctor but I'm wrong, I'd like a smile to start things off.

I gave Musher a "3" for helpfulness, b/c you have to ask him to be specific. Some people may have a problem with that. He does try to keep it to 15 minute visits - in and out. But I am forceful and want him to EXPLAIN. If you aren't like that, you may want to find a doctor who is more "touchy feely." Rarely have I had to wait longer than a few minutes for my visit, but that may be due to my appointment times (5pm, after work). He is knowledgeable, as far as I am concerned. The absolute worst thing about his practice is that there is NO free parking, and his office does not validate. The street parking is practically non-existant. Trina, his office manager, is a total sweetheart and always makes sure everything runs smoothly. I have to find a new doctor since I live much farther away (Laurel, MD), but I will miss them.
