I have found Dr. Bank to always be kind and considerate on all my visits. She always takes the time to explain things and always finds an answer to what ever problems I'm having.

love the b12 shot. LOVE it. I'd recommend it to everyone. If you haven't tried it, don't know those who push it. Its amazing.

I had a slipped disc in my back. She accused me of trying to obtain painkillers, and said that because my blood pressure was high she would write me a prescription for blood pressure. Her nurse later took me in the hall to retake my pressure and informed me that she was on a high blood pressure kick and not to be too concerned, that when people are in an intense amounts of pain the pressure rises naturally! That's what I thought. I finally got an MRI and it confirmed not only 1 bulged disc but 3! And small fractures in my spine. Ultimately I had to go to another doctor to give me a shot and painkillers. So needless to say she was not a pleasant experience. I do not recommend her!

I agree with the previous review, she does believe strongly in the b12 shots as she also prescribed them to me. To be fair many Dr's have you come in for your test results, she has never had me come in for results that were fine. She is is a craing Dr, but if you need foloow up treatment for something make sure you know what it is that you need done as she rarley remembers.

Terrible doctor. No matter what you see her for, she recommends B12 shots for EVERYONE! Three other people that I know went to her, and she tried to solve all their problems with B12 shots. Doesn't listen, doesn't take time to hear what you have to say. I am 25 pounds overweight, she suggested I see about gastric bypass surgery. Makes you come in a second time to discuss results of any tests/labs taken at the time of visit - even if they are perfectly normal. The worst dr. I have ever seen. My husband refuses to let me go back to her - he was astounded at her bedside manner and lack of concern about health issues that I had. Writes untruths in your chart -- her OPINIONS - not facts. Stay as far away from her as you can.
