I would give a negative review if I could for Allegro Pediatrics. The personnel at the front desk are unfriendly and extremely unpleasant to interact with. We found them very rude mostly during our 5 visits we had in total. We, however, experienced nurses are OK and friendly, but unfortunately, the first impression you get at the front desk may not be the same.
But most importantly, the doctor we chose Dr. Michael George is always very busy, meaning you wait, wait, and wait to see the doctor, meanwhile, you basically end up getting care from some lower rated doctors. For the first time parents, we suffered from Dr. Michael George heavily, we had a lot of questions, but the doctor is not there to answer them. Finally, once we got an appointment after 2 months, he refused to see our son as my wife was 16 minutes late due to the traffic. She explained and requested but she had to come back without getting the scheduled vaccines and discussing the important changes needed for our son's feeding. Now, the little experience we had, don't get the fool with the Stanford residency he has in his credentials, he was actually graduated from the State University of New York, not as talent as he may sound on the internet.
This place is more focus on calculating how much money they are making for the time they spend for patients. I understand that is business, but we are there to pay for a good service that we deserve. Further, we got wrong bills twice, they do not want to spend time on filing claims to the insurance correctly, rather they would hesitate to send YOU the bills, and you spend time on contacting them and insurance and so forth.
The bottom line is we would not recommend Allegro Pediatrics and Dr. Michael George, we, unfortunately, had very bad experience and had to fire them.
