the woman always talks about herself and is rude and demeaning and doesn't know who you are, or what your medical issues are, nor cares. I understand she chose to work with a community health program, however doesn't appear to understand that many have become retired or unemployed without proper medical insurance options, and that isn't a reason to talk down to anyone as if we do not deserve respect. Aging or poverty shouldn't be a reason to be treated without dignity and kindness. I myself have never experienced such unbelievable disrespect, and shouldn't be treated as if I am incompetent to question politely when I do not understand, and I am always polite-she has never been . I have 5 degrees and seriously am so grateful that when in the field of community health and teaching , that I never ever felt the need to speak condescendingly to any of my clients/patients. Maybe the title went to her head? A shame since she may have chosen to work with those who struggle for the right reasons years ago, however it appears that she may have lost her passion with working with those who have no other options. the staff present with the same surprise as I had when she pretty much told me that any medical issue I have must be my fault somehow. Wow- just is not the same world that I worked in - either you had heart and soul that included integrity and professional ethics, or you didn't, and if you did not - you did not remain employed. I am seeking a different clinic this time.

This doctor is actually an administrator, and definitely should stick with that! She was cold and domineering, would not listen carefully, and had no empathy whatsoever. I saw her once and never went back!

She was rude, told me I had been to the er too many times (even tho she knew I didn't have a primary care doctor) and that is why I had been at the er 3x in 2 months. Diagnosed with
Diverticulitis at hospital, and she would not give me an urgent referral to a GI specialist because I wanted a female doctor. She asked me if I went to the er for pain pills, and tried to accuse me of over using them, which I had not done. Left, and kept calling to get a referral, she never did give one, and the female GI specialist finally accepted me without the referral, and went by the hospital notes. Never, ever went back.

I need a doctor, not a dictator. Will not work WITH patients on medical issues or concerns. Had no knowledge I am glad I stuck with my instincts and went to another doctor in the end. The outcome could have been totally different.
