I waited for an eternity, the staff did not follow up after they did step testing. She told me that she suspected that my kid had a long standing strep infection and then never gave me test the results...kid had no infection

I had my daughter at a different doctor when she was first born but when my daughter wasn't doing good with her feedings I kept trying to tell them that she has a line of bad reflux on both side of her family but they kept brushing me off and just saying that she was growing that's all. so when I expressed my frustration to my mother in law she told me about dr.g and the very first day she walked in the room she instantly said that my daughter had acid reflux with only I single glance from all the way across the room. my daughter was about 3 or 4 months at the time she is now 2 and half and has had two surgery's that were very much needed that she probably would not have had if she stayed at the old doctor. dr.g is very through and puts her all in to her patients and their families. she remembers everyone and care form them all as if they were her own family. she has been there for me thru so many personal times and has done an amazing job with my daughters. best choice by far!!

Dr. Giannoukos is a wonderful doctor and a wonderful person. Yes, it does take a long time to be seen and this is the only negative I have to comments on BUT you also get her undivided attention for as long as needed. She is very thorough, compassionate and, having 5 children herself, knows really what it takes to deal with a sick child. She is smart, patient, approachable, accessible and it is a pleasure to recommend her.

She really is the best pediatrician ever. Very compassionate and concerned for the child's well being. So happy we found her and made the switch. (We were not happy with the other pediatrician!) Definitely worth the wait. She knows and remembers every patient. One in a million.

My kids have been going to Dr.G for 17 years. I don't like the wait in the office but I would never take my children elsewhere. She is the most thorough Dr I've ever met. She even took me opn her day off and found my son had a bad appendix. He was in surgery immediately.When my husband and I divorced she opened the door, read the note the nurse put on the chart and swtarted to weep! She took a few moments to compose herself and then told my mom to take the kids out to the play area and she openly wept and hugged me saying how sorry she was and gave me the most encouraging words. She even called me at home later and spoke to me for 2 hours. Now that is true compassion! She is the most knowledgable, caring , compassionate, wonderful person I have ever known. When my son was born she was pregnant with her 5th son. She picked him up and without even a stethescope said he has a heart murmur. She told me it was nothing to worry about and she could tell by his chest shape. Amazing!
