Dr Lopatynsky is an outstanding surgeon. Excellent care from pre operation to after care. Kept me informed of the details of the process at every step. I could not have selected a better surgeon. Most important the results of the surgery have been excellent.

My cataracts were not chronic, but existed and affected my reading. I never suffered any other symptoms....no problem with night diriving, etc. Dr. Lopatynsky performed cataract surgery on both eyes, one week apart. She damaged my right eye with the consequence being what is called a CME, a moisture bubble on my retina (penetrated the membrane during surgery). No one ever tells you about the "frosting" that occurs after cataract surgery, requiring having laser treaatment to remove it (all surgery is done in her surgery center in Bergen County). I now live with "haloed" headlights at night and difficult night driving. Have to take 2 drope twice a day (was 6 x a day).
Her wait time is horrific. It is like a stable. Nice lady, but not the best!

Dr. Lopatynsky is certainly one of the most skilled and knowledgeable doctors I've seen. You spend more time with the staff however than with the doctor. Follow up visits after surgery are handed off to another doctor in the practice and if there's an issue, you have to request to see Dr. Lopatynsky. There is no value placed on the patient's time. I'm a business owner and the multiple office visits that were required were extremely inconvenient. I'm having my other cataract surgery done by this office because it's already scheduled but intend to find another doctor after this is over.

Incredible, brilliant surgeon with the best bedside manner that I have ever encountered. Staff was also lovely and exemplified everything that I loved about the office.

Ridiculously long wait times. I waited more than 45 minutes just for a routine check up.

She diagnosed me right away when the ER told me I had something else. My problem was taken care of and I see her for follow ups; not only does she review your eye health, she makes sure you are eating healthy as well as taking care of yourself.

I saw four doctors, one of which actually damaged my eye, further complicating my condition. Dr Lopatynsky took me in as an emergency. Her knowledge, expertise and caring were way beyond my expectations. She and her staff were extremely professional, compassionate and caring. In this day of the fifteen minute "get 'em in, get 'em out", this doctor is the epitome of what a doctor should be. For those who scoff at what they think may be an occasional long waiting time, suck it up and get over yourself! Be thankful that you are lucky enough to have gotten an appointment with this team!

A wonderful, compassionate surgeon. Her surgical skill with my cataract removal gave me back activities I'd been missing for years. I worry more about a doctor who has no one in the waiting room than I worry about a doctor whose waiting room is full of happy, successful patients. The office staff guided me through the whole process. I feel very grateful to be a patient in this office.

Dr. Lopatynsky was very polite and knowledgable, although the wait time was quite long. *Most* of her staff was very warm and helpful.

TERRIBLE ! I waited over an hour for my appointment AND the staff was completely rude! Definitely better doctors/offices out there.
