If you're looking for a pain management, he is the one. He’s a very warm man and does excellent work. If not for him I would be in a wheelchair.

Wow. Stay away from this guy. The creepiest doc I've ever seen. He didn't use gloves when inserting the IV. He barely spoke to me because I'm a woman. His intake notes were minimal. Hr didn't explain what he was doing. He left me exposed after the procedure so other patients could see me. Find another service provide and you'll be pleased.

Horrible doctor. Basically runs an injection factory. Pressured me into treatment that wasn't working. Screwed up an injection and then refused to tell paramedics what he did.

Dr. Kotkes is very patient and compassionate, which is especially important in a pain management doctor. He even returns phone calls over the weekend.
