These guys are great! I have been going to see Dr. Marc since I was four or five. The staff are always sweet and nice to me whenever I am there, even if I happen to be running late! Dr. Marc is very knowledgeable and always explains what he is doing and answers your questions with ease! The receptionists are always great and welcome me in with a smile--I even get a flower when I leave! I have always been very satisfied with the work they have done.

I used ODS in Oregon and my husband used cash (there is a cash discount at this practice). Having relocated to Salem, Oregon two years ago, I needed to find a dentist who integrated the high tech equipment into his practice, as our previous dentist had done so and it really made a difference. When I called the manufacturer of a specific device that is state-of-the-art, (and also used by our out of town dentist) I was told that Dr. Panet-Ramon attends all of their educational sessions and would be a great choice. Both my husband and I have been receiving dental care at Dr. Panet-Ramon's office for two years now. I wholeheartedly recommend not only Dr. Panet-Ramon, but his entire staff, many of whom have been with him for years. I have found that regardless of the care needed, you will be well taken care of and can have peace of mind knowing that you will receive excellent care on a personal level.

Very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I always get in right on time and the staff is friendly. Sometimes difficult to get appointments, but that's because he's good at what he does!

The doctor as well as the entire staff was very knowledgeable. I had a very comfortable appointment. This office does not double book their patients so there was no waiting.

cAN NOT ADMIT WHEN HE IS WRONG AND ATTEMPTS TO BLAME THE PATIENT. RECEPTIONIST MARY IS SLY AND DEFENSIVE-SEEMS TO BE MORE INTERESTED IN GLOSSING HER LIPS AND SMACKING HER GUM THAN DOING HER JOB.
