I won't say doctor alexander isn't knowledgeable however, I will say he is one of the most uncaring doctors I have seen. He does not listen. He is not helpful and all he does is blood work. I abhor his despicable nature. I agree, he has a horrible bed side manner.

These reviews do not reflect my experience with Dr. Alexander. He was kind, jovial, and more than willing to answer questions I had concerning my diagnosis. I requested lab results done in his office to be sent to my NP out of town, and it was done within a short period of time on the same day of the request. His office staff was very kind and helpful as well.

Dr. Kurt Alexander is very knowledgeable but as a very bad bad side manner. he will get angry if you do not follow his instructions to a tee. it is basically his way or nothing. he is very arrogant and and we'll go to extremes to make it hard for you to see another dr. The worst thing you can do is to call after hours for dr. Alexander no matter what your problem is. He became angry when I was taking to the hospital by my husband who was new with dealing with a type 1 diabetic I was admitted for dka and my husband had spent the whole night with me. when dr. Alexander seen me my husband happened to be eating Pizza. this angered Dr Alexander and he actually told my husband to leave obviously this was the last time I saw Dr Alexander, but had a very hard time finding another doctor things may have changed because of the rating I know the furthest doctor.

Dr. Alexander spent plenty of time explaining to me about my thyroid disease. My labs were available to me on the internet account I signed up for. He was very nice to me and my wife and made sure we understood what was wrong and what the treatment choices were. We had a couple of additional questions after we left. I called his office and they got the answers back to me that same day.

Dr. Alexander states he has no interest in how patients feel. He says he only gives tests. Staff seems to be instructed not to provide lab results to patients. Doctor's demeanor ranges from remote and disinterested to outright insulting and hostile. Doctor actually screams belligerent answers to questions. Difficult to know whether he has personal problems, or deeper emotional issues. Impossible to know if he knows what he is doing. Avoid him.
