Very caring doctor & very easy to talk to/discuss problems or concerns. Would recommend anybody to go to this guy. He's the real deal!!

The staff are pleasant. Dr. Landefeld is very knowledgeable and caring. He is also practical. Dr. Landefeld works with you to find answers for better health outcomes rather than telling you what to do...refreshing in the medical field.

Office staff is overworked - cannot answer a simple question without a day's delay. Very very frustrated in dealing with the office help!

I judge a doctor on his or her capacity to take an oral history. I found Dr. Landefeld to be a careful listener, he and he is not shy about asking relevant questions. He does not make you feel rushed through his office. More importantly, I found him to be upfront about his professional limits, and he seems to do his best to ensure that his patients get the help they need from other medical professionals. And, last but not least, I have never found going to the doctor is never fun activity, but at least Dr. Landefeld has good sense of humor so it is somewhat less painful.
