BEWARE !! All about the money not patient care. The doctor has too many patients and generally the wait is 1 1/2 hours and they treat this as if its expected.

Both my husband and I have been treated by Dr. Randall for several years. My husband had laser prostate surgery, and I had a long-standing problem with UTIs finally corrected by Dr. Randall. We both are very satisfied with his knowledge, efficiency, and his bedside manner. Because he is "younger," we feel he is much more current on the latest techniques and medications. We have no complaints and would recommend him highly. He has a great staff as well!

A wonderful, young doctor who does not push the latest BPH devices and lazers he uses. After years of being told it was time for the "cut", we were able to find the right combination of drugs to control my problem. Highly recommend if you have an "old timer" Urologist and want a second opinion.

Had a vasectomy done in February 06. It was horrible. The doctor didn't wait for the pain meds to kick in before cutting, it was very painful. His staff failed to provide any aftercare instructions. This week (11/06), I had a mass removed from my scrotum. The doctor doing the surgery said that the wrong suture material had been used. Dr. Randall had used regular stitches instead of the disolving kind. I'm not suggesting this doctor never practice medicine again, but he needs to be more careful!
