This dr made my 5 year old terrified. My son had to have a stitch or two done and we were told dermabond is a better alternative because it is "less traumatizing." Long story short he let the glue run into my child's eye and instead of wiping it away from the corner he wiped it directly into his eye and instantly my son started screaming. His eye was glued shut for a while and my child was terrified. We went to resolve one problem and came out with another. I am highly disgusted an disappointed. Nontheless he never appologized or tried to make the situation any better and he certainly did not take any responsibility for his careless actions. I do not agree with anything anyone has to say positive about him... He was terribly heartless to my 5 year old!

Best doctor hands down! You feel like a member of his family when he talks to you. Very accurate diagnostician and caring man! We love Dr.Freis!! And we would continue to see him even if we had to submit our own bills, not a problem!

He is definately a very caring dr. I trust him completely. It is true that at times you have to wait a very long time in waiting room but I am very happy with keeping him as my daughter's pediatrician.

best doctor I have ever known! unfortunately Dr Freis does not take any insurance anymore. We will really miss him.

Dr Freis is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable and takes his time with patients. Because of the care he takes, the wait to seen him is often very long, but worth it. He stopped accepting all insurance plans however, which really makes it difficult to justify keeping him as my children's doctor.

Dr. Freis is one the best doctors around. I have been going to him for 5 years. He knows my children(5, 3, and 4 months old) by name. He always calls me back. My children always seem to have these weird things happen to them and his diagnosis is always right. I recently moved and I will not change doctors. He is truly wonderful and very kind.

We went to this doctor because of the ratings and I am not sure that the ratings are accurate. This doctor missed a call on our childs health condition and has resulted in endless problems. I had to challenge his diagnosis and I am a firm believer that once you have to challenge a doctor and find their diagnosis to be incorrect, you have no business going back....

We love Dr. Freis! He reassuringly answered all my numerous questions as a nervous new mom. :-) He is both experienced and up to date on current pediatric medicine. He is knowlegeable & personable and does not rush your visits. He promptly returns phone calls! We are so happy that someone referred him to us! He came to the hospital after my son’s birth and has been seeing him monthly for newborn well-visits for the past five months. Very Highly recommended.

Very kind pediatrician. We went to Dr. Fries for only a few months while living nearby temporarily. I'm sorry we need to find a new doctor at our new permanent residence farther away. Although we had to wait on average about 45 minutes for each visit, it was fine. Dr. Fries takes his time with your child and answers all of your questions and will call you back if you leave a message.
