I leave messages because no one answers the phone. I don't always get a call back, so I'm not sure if the doctor is getting the messages.

Dr. Anu is a very nice doctor and very caring, he's my PCP. He goes out of his way to make sure you feel comfortable. He is also very knowledgeable. I also think all the Dr's I've tried there are just as good. My only issue is with his secratary, she seems to never answer the phone or get the messages passed along in a timely manner (I hardly ever call, but everytime I have, it has always been an issue). Also, it also seems to take a long time to get appointments. Again, the Dr's are great, but the logistics/operations of the place could use some work (maybe they have to see to many patients?).

I wasn't too thrilled with my old PCP. Dr. Anu was recommended to me by a counselor. He's one of the better doctors I've dealt with. Pretty thorough and comfortable to talk with. Intelligence mixed with humility. Never felt like there was an agenda as I have with other doctors nor did he ever make me feel rushed. Very attentive. He gave me a booster shot without the needle hurting in the slightest. I mean not at all. I literally thought he'd just scratched my skin accidentally with his nail. I wish all shots were so painless. He has been my PCP for a few years until recently. And that only because I have moved out of state. Visits were at West Haven Medical Group on Campbell Ave. (Of note: Dr. Balf was also quite good. Had her once as a sub.)
