He treated me for a condition that two previous doctors missed or misdiagnosed. He is so very compassionate, and understands as well as a man can how things like heavy periods and hormones can affect the quality of life. He is patient-centered, not fee-centered as some MDs are.

He used to be good about individualizing hormones. Then he changed everything for me because of a pharmacist voicing her opinion about being audited for my more than the minimum dose of estrogen. No one talked to me about this, or examined me, just made decisions regardless of how I felt.Once I was also left high and dry from the office one fall when my patches were on backorder from the pharmacy for 2 months. I called and told them but nothing was done- no samples given, nothing called in so again I went into a lengthy hormone imbalance. He def. needed to go into a little more depth to help me figure out my lingering meno symptoms that estrogen alone did not get rid of--thyroid would have been a great place to start, thank God an NP was willing to give me a script for a thyroid panel+ antibodies. I just didn't feel listened to. Our philosophies differed also on estrogen replacement therapy.

WELL-- LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THIS MAN -- He is tops ! What a wonderful person.. VERY BUSY however SUPER personality and extremely caring ! He truly is the absolute BEST ! I have had him as my dr. for 20 yrs .. wonderful !!!!!!!!!
