Dr. Novinger is very personable and easy to talk to during visits. His staff members are pleasant and helpful. He shows concern for his patients and makes efforts to connect with them as people.

service is a little slow but it's only because he takes his time with each patient. love him and have been a patient for years.

Sometimes it takes a while to see him once placed in a room. But I blame that on over booking patients. He is very knowledgeable. I trust him with my health care and that of my children. I do recommend him to a lot of people.

He was nice but it took about 45 mins. to see me after i was called. I had to get up and walk out the room to see what was the problem. I beleive they forgot I was in the room or they sent me to the wrong room.
