He has been my doctor for 25 years. His communication skills are excellent. He addresses each patient at their own level of understanding, be they child or adult, uneducated or highly educated, and everything in between. He will refer when he deems it necessary; he recognizes a patient's financial and family situation as he makes diagnoses and prescribes.

Dr. Phillips is one of the best family doctors in Northeast MO. He and his staff try very hard to meet the needs of their patients. They go far beyond the typical service provided by others. Very knowledgable yet very willing to refer you to a specialist if needed. Grade A.
