I wont know how the doctor is because the staff is so bad that I NEVER made it to see the doctor! The receptionists are very aggressive and not accommodating at all! I was very disappointed by their service and finally decided I do not want to continue with them !

Initially, she seemed great! I thought she was listening about my condition. She obviously wasn't. I was denied pain management treatment for a debilitating condition and she hung up on a family member when we were trying to explain to her. Not what I would call professional. I suppose if you have the sniffles, she can help. Something more serious she is not qualified to handle in my opinion. Could not believe she hung up on us!!!

Extremely knowlegable and intuitive and is refreshing to see someone listen to your scussion. Knowlegable about newer procedures and their effects, such as roux en y surgery and its good points.

She is a very good and knowledgeable doctor. She takes your questions and answers them completely and doesn't brush your concerns off like some doctors. she takes them seriously. Gives you information/pamphlets when needed. Will suggest specialists if needed.

Dr. Ravetz is kind and caring and very human and understanding. You never have to be embarassed to discuss anything with her. She will do her best to help you or to send you to some specialist who will. I have used her for 5 years and I am very glad I found her.
