I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. They would never get back to me and I asked them to please have the doctor call me. At the time I had no insurance struggling to make ends meet. Cut a long story short I needed my prescription to get refilled that I ran out of and after 4 days they still didn't call them in and kept telling me they had to speak with Doctor. So they said if I didn't make payments I'd no longer be able to have services there so I told them I would start making payments as soon as I could. I've been on meds since I was 13 and I was having withdraws and thought I was gonna die without them. That's one thing you don't mess with when people who take medications everyday. The doctor was very nice to me however the staff is a very important role in a place as well. So the manager was completely rude to me and all of a sudden she said I was discharged from the office. She probably told the doctor a totally different story but that's ok cause I want to go somewhere where they actually care about their patients and not ever go through the emotional pain and suffering I was going threw.

Wonderful doctor if you can actually get ahold of anyone in the office. They use an answering service that isn't helpful AT ALL!!! There are no less than 5 people working at the front desk and they only take calls from about 11am to 2pm. I've been a receptionist. What else are they doing with their day? I think 90% of previous reception jobs have been answering the phones. Dealing with the answering service is just a joke. Most of the time, Dr. Malhotra would tell me that she never got the message I left for her. Aside from dealing with the office, she is WONDERFUL!!! Very helpful and just wonderful to work with.
