I have NEVER showed up for an appointment and waited less than 45 minutes. Before the pandemic. Now. NEVER. With the pandemic, when we have to wait in our cars, it's even worse. Her regard for her patients is nill. So now, because I left after waiting an hour for our most recent appointment, she refused to renew my meds. I'm 70 y/o, a cancer survivor, and I'm inclined to just stop taking them and let the news media interview her when I die.

Be prepared to wait in the office. Staff is friendly and competent. She is a big pill pusher, always asks if I need any meds. Not a fan when a doctor always prescribes drugs.

wait over two hours for a judgmental jackass who missed diagnosis for over three months until I fired her as my physician. New doctor had simple issue pinned in one week. Office is very loud so you will know everyone business with the two hour running late. No confidentiality here, you have much better options than dealing with this rude woman who calls herself a physican

She is the best doctor around, in fact I would say in PA.
I like that she is down to earth, and isn't afraid to express herself. She is allowed to be because she will treat you right. So if you don't like that go somewhere else cause slot of people love her including myself. I would recommend her to anyone.
I went through 3 doctors that couldn't treat me but she had everything narrowed down right away and now I'm being treated right and feel like myself again!
Keep up the great work!

dont knock it till you've tried it..dr biancarelli is one of the smartest people you will ever meet. yes the office is on the loud side, but they go out of their way to greet you and treat you like you are home. you may wait a little to be seen, but how long are you going to be with her for your appointment? both drs she spends the time you need for your appointment without rushing you thru..cannot say enough good things about them...if you dont like loud and friendly, keep out and save the appointments for the rest of us.

The office is horrible! they are loud and curse in front of everyone. She and her partner, Tinsley have no professionalism whatsoever. By the time you are seen, you are tense from all the yelling and cursing done by the doctors. the secretaries are rude too. The place is dirty. I would never recommend her to anyone. I switched doctors and found a real one.

as the last person put it they do play along alot in the office, but the only thing i could say is that sue is one of the best doctors in our area. she spent over 1 hour with me when the waiting room was full. at first i was very upset that i waited so long in the waiting room but once i met her staff i was very much put at ease with my wait. Trust me you do get treated with respect during you visit.

I originally went to Dr. Biancarelli because she was very close to my home and therefore convenient. Even though I always arrive on time to my appointments, I never wait less than a half hour to be seen by her. Her staff is incredibly unprofessional and I hear them chuckling and using vulgarities as I sit in the waiting room each time which I think is incredibly unprofessional. I don't feel she takes the time to really listen to you or what's wrong and likes to fix problems with just writing prescriptions for things. I am currently using this site to look for a new doctor.
