Thanks for the diabetes. His tunnel vision about meds and unwillingness to explore any side effects other than to say "that's part of your depression" has ruined my health permanently. A massive weight gain in 6 months is not depression, "my friend."

He took over my treatment from my former doctor who retired. This was our first meeting and it did not last five minutes. He called me "my friend"and never referred to me by name. He did not allow me to finish my sentences nor take the time to consider possible treatment for insomnia. He did not look at my chart, only the last RXs that were written. He seemed that he was not familiar with my medical history as he offered me a drug that I had already taken before and had had a negative response to. He didn't bother to read my chart in detail nor did he add anything to it other than he filled my RXs and to see him in six months. He couldn't have charted much more than that as he did not ask me anything but the perfunctory "How are you doing, my friend? " in fact, he seemed annoyed when I wanted to discuss my sleep difficulties. I was out the door in five minutes tops!

I have been a patient of Dr. Saini for about 10 years. He is a wonderful doctor. Diagnosis and treatment has changed my life. I recommend him to anyone. I have nothing but gratitude for him and his staff.
