Dr. Shack has been my surgeon for 5 years through breast cancer. Was my mom's too. Very very smart and cares about his patients even if he is not "warm and fuzzy". All of my other doctors say he is the best and they would send relatives to him. On time and office staff are great too. To me, knowledge and skill trump warm and fuzzy any day

Dr. identified and corrected my problem. Very knowledgeble and office staff went out of their way to be helpful. Office appts usually on time.

I would recommend him as he surgically corrected my problem. A bit abrupt but certainly not rude.Answered all questions. Pleasant office staff.

Great Surgeon.....I would use him if I ever needed surgery again...Downside is Lousy bedside manner......arrogant.......
