Rude. Unprofessional. Would never take my child back there again.

He was the random pediatrician to see my son at Baptist Floyd. I remember he was a nice man and seemed competent. His office staff never billed my insurance for his two trips to see my son. I got a bill for "Baby Spalding" which I thought was a scam. I contacted his office eventually but his front office staff basically said tuff luck and wouldn't even allow me to speak to the doctor about the mishap. I offered to pay half the bill, but my portion would have been much less than that if they filed insurance. Nope, no contact, ever. Then I get a notice from GLA because they sent it to collection. I'm going to pay it but he'll get to have this review since he and his staff refused to take any share of the responsibility.

I do not recommend him. I wouldn't let him take care of my dogs. He's rude and unprofessional. Sad thing is my kids had been seeing him for over 5 years. Glad I found out he don't care about his patients now, so I'm happy I'm switching my kids doctor.
