Dr. Herz has been my doctor now for about one year. I suffer from severe dry eye, and he helped my eyes get in the healthy condition they needed to be in to have Lasik. Once my eyes were ready after about four months of dry eye treatment (punctal plugs, restasis, compresses,etc.), he did my Lasik, and it went very well. It was easy, fast, and I felt safe in Dr. Herz's care. It's been about 8 months since I had the Lasik. My vision is excellent, and he continues to help with the post-Lasik care too. He's humane,smart, and I am truly fortunate to have him as a doctor.This is one of the "good guys" with skills, intelligence, experience and humanity.

Bedside manner is lacking any warmth or even a semblance of interest in the patient.
