Excellent staff and an excellent doctor. He took his time with me and did not make me feel rushed in the slightest. I waited less than 20 minutes on my first visit, and the included the time it took to fill out the new paperwork. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience when I went for a consult to get a few spots removed from my face. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Gottesfeld made me feel so calm and totally explained the procedure to me. I was happy at how reasonable the price was, I had it done right at that visit. I love the results of how I look today. I would refer Dr. Gottesfeld to anyone.

TERRIBLE STAFF AND SERVICE!!! I can hardly believe the previous reviews were written by people who visited this office! If I could give 0 stars I would! I went into the office for a followup after bloodwork for a 3:45 appt. When I arrived at 3:50(yes 5 minutes late, with 1:10 min left in work day) to a EMPTY WAITING ROOM, I was told that the doctor could not see me because I was late and he was "triple booked", and that I would have to reschedule. I said that didn't make any sense, as the waiting room was void of any life besides me. ERICA was especially condescending and rude to me. I left my old dermatologist because I wanted to find one closer to where I live. BIG MISTAKE. If you want a great dermatologist with a caring staff, THIS IS NOT THE DOCTOR FOR YOU!!! Much better doctors in the area with much nicer staff. Dont waste your money with this practice.

With an unexpected day off from work, I called and they allowed me to 'walk in'. After the paper work was completed I barely got to pick out a magazine before being ushered to a room. Maybe a 5 minute wait before the doc and his assistant appeared. He was quite easy going, friendly and took his time... I never felt rushed. He was considerate of the costs to me when writing the scripts. I gave him a '5' for being knowledgeable, but I don't know enough to know how much he knows. I recommend him.

Dr. Gottesfeld was extremely knowledgeable and straightforward. He explained my problem thoroughly and patiently. I'm so tired of going to the Dermatologist and being pushed to buy cosmetic products or procedures. This doctor would is not a hustler like so many others. He's just a great doctor.
