The Doctor and his staff have always been great. The front desk was terrific on letting me know what my insurance benefits were so I was informed on my coverage. The Doctor and his staff are the best, they will let know if anything needs to be done and will show me on the computer after they have taken a photo. The office has digital xrays and cameras so you can see everything as they explain what needs to be done. Everyone in my family have been going to Dr. Bartolomucci for years and could never think of going anywhere else. They are the best

I've been going to this office for years. The staff is polite and helpful. On my recent visit I was nicely informed that I need to floss. Unfortunately I am flossing but wasn't doing it correctly. I was taught the correct way to floss so that I won’t have plaque buildup and will have healthy gums. When I have had problems, like a cavity, I was informed of what should be done and allowed to decide what to do. I never feel pressured into having a procedure done and always feel like they are looking out for my health and wellbeing. They even call to remind me of my appointments, which is easy for me to forget when I made it 6 months ago. I've always been very satisfied with the service and staff.

There is nothing warm or friendly in any dealings with the office as per advertised site. Actually, some of the staff is extremely rude and discourteous. The demeanor is actually cold, unhelpful and not understanding. Even if you are in so much pain, they would not care or try to schedule you in and act in the most inhumane way. Some of the staff is not customer service oriented and it is a shame that a dentist does not see it that way. After so many years of abuse, even though we liked the actual dentist, we finally decided to leave the office, refuse this unnecessary aggravation and leave them to their own misery. We would never recommend this office and their services. Rather we wanted to forewarn patients to beware. When you are to become a new patient receptionist is falsely polite, however once you are a patient she reveals rudeness and discourteousness. Also, the services are rather expensive.
