Dr. Sims was very rude and unprofessional in ER with my child. He threatened and ordered mother to sign the ambulance transfer he requested that was determined by receiving hospital as a non emerency medical transfer. Patient and mother were left stranded 60 miles from their home as result in this as well as the increased levels of stress related due to MCH and doctor neglect to minor child and harrasement to parent under stress. Doctor and hospital refused parent request to transport child to hospital of their choice and or parent transfer to other hospital. Parent called family physican but he couldn't over ride ER doctor and become child's doctor at time. Doctor stated transfer was necessary due to extreme possible self harm of patient. Patient, my minor child was left in a room unattended by doctor and staff for over 40 minutes. I left the room that they issued to my husband and me to discuss the case. When the staff neglected us and our child for over 40 minutes, I went to find ouwhat was going on and found my child unattended and the doctor at his desk eating and the social wor
