Fabulous doc! He is knowledgeable, patient and kind. I highly recommend him as a gynecologist and an obstetrician. He is professional and listens to all your concerns.

Dr. J. Axelrod is a wonderful physician. He is caring and professional always taking time to thoroughly answer your questions until you understand clearly. He is soft-spoken and has a very gentle demeanor. Excellent diagnostician as well as clinician with great bedside manner. I have been seeing his group for over 13 years and have never had a bad experience. He is my favorite. He has always provided quality care with a human touch. Hard to come by these days. I have been in the medical profession for 25 years and have worked alongside many physicians. Office staff is friendly and professional as well. Calls are returned promptly and appointments readily available. I refer many to this practice. Keep up the good work Southwest!

Dr. Axelrod has a wonderful bedside manner. Explains everything thoroughly and does not make the appointment rushed. The staff at the Mokena office are wonderful, including the nurses and receptionist.
