Wonderful staff! Dr Herceg is a great surgeon! I had neck surgery performed, pain was gone immediately! Very perfessional Doctor, will recommend him most definitely .

I saw this guy for an office visit and 1 injection in my lower back. The office visit was awful, maybe 4 minutes. The injection was the most painful I have ever had. The pain was extreme and he just kept right on giving it to me and had the nurses hold me down. Have learned since he was probably hitting a nerve and should have stopped. What an idiot this man is!! Ortho One is not what it used to be thats for sure! Stay Away from that place.

I saw this guy early in 2014 because I had a degenerative disk condition between my l5-s1 vertebrae. Let me just say this, on a personal level the guy was a total douchebag. He had this attitude like he had better things to do than spend time with me. He rushed me through the awful, risky and terrifyingly archaic surgery that he intended to perform. He gave me no more than 3 minutes of face time and whooosh! he was back out the door. He shuffled me off to his Nurse practitioner and left her to fill in the blanks. I did research on my own and found a surgeon in another city who does a minimally invasive version of the fusion surgery. The funny thing is that his office dropped the ball. nobody ever bothered to even call me after I met with him. Seriously now, DO NOT LET THIS ASSCLOWN OPERATE ON YOU. The way he operated on spines in 1960s stuff, seriously. Yu will live to regret it the rest of your life. This guy is a fool.

The worst doctor I have ever seen. I have been dealing with an injury for 5 years now. I have tried every alternative treatment there is. A surgical opinion was my last resort. MRI clearly shows my 5 disc problems. He offered no surgical solution, which is fine. What wasn't fine was how I was treated. I take daily pain medication and was lectured on that and told to deal with my pain because everyone has back pain. Even he has back pain and never needs medication! Told me to get off the meds. I told him that is why I am here... to fix my injury and reduce my reliance on daily medication. I was treated with total disrespect, he was rude and took 5 minutes to lecture me and tell me to deal with it. I left his office feeling like a total piece of sh*t and feeling more lost on to a path of recovery than I ever have before. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Dr. M Herceg took no time with me and seemed to want to get out of the office fast? (WHY) I saw him 2 times; same reaction both times. I had an EMG that Dr. Herceg ordered. The test showed that I had something wrong with my S1 nerve root. He wouldn’t answer any of my questions he just said he didn’t know anything about anything. Dr. Herceg supposedly looked at several of my MRI’s. I went to another dr. I was still in severe pain he said my disc is still herniated and showed me on MRI's. Dr H didn't seem to care or want to help his last response to me for my chronic pain and crying begging for someone to help me… was “don't have any more surgeries and get off pain meds.” How is that supposed to help? For someone in his position he should understand chronic pain. I started crying and he walked out the office, offered no tissues and left door wide open for the whole office to see me fall apart thinking this was how I had to live the rest of my life. Not a good dr. has no beside manner

Four years after neck fusion by Dr Herceg and I am still is such pain that I am still taking pain meds because he fused my neck crooked. I wish he had taken more time and care during and after the surgery.

Dr. Herceg takes too many patients at the same time and has little time with each of them . He is the worst doctor that I have even seen.

Neck spinal fusion-very highly recommended. I consider him an expert in this field. Very professional. Very straightforward with answers. It is a very busy clinic... tells you why.

I visited him once, he did not explain the problem, spent just 5-7 min of time, and digested all the money. The worst doctor I have ever seen in my life.
