Dr. Brady is a great doctor, I would go there with my mom. I helped my mom with her medical care. Dr. Brady really cared about my mom and did a great job, in an emergency we could always get it.

I was a new patient of Dr. Brady's and for my first visit I had to wait over an hour just to see her. I had to come back to get my blood work done and once the results came in the next available appointment to see her was in a month. For young people who work they are only open til 4 and only work one Saturday a month. I got so frustrated that I told them I was leaving and going back to my old doctor. I got a bill in the mail for a crazy amount for only spending 15 mins with her and I called them saying my yearly check ups should be covered 100% and they told me to check with my insurance. I called my insurance and they told me that Dr. Brady needed to recode in order for it to be covered. I called Dr. Brady's office back and they refused to recode it for it to be covered. They said that is not their policy and were extremely rude and volatile. I highly recommend that you do not use Dr. Brady as your doctor, terrible service who treats you poorly and clearly has no caring for their patients. I will make sure to spread the word about my experience here. This is why I understand now all her patients were older people.

Plan on waiting an hour each visit!! One of the worst Dr when it comes to punctuality! Horrible!!! I seem any Drs and a few minutes is understandable but an hour or more each visit no thanks. Plus the nurse is rude as can be.

I am a difficult patient, yet I do not find Dr Brady's "bedside manner" to be unprofessional. She has followed up on my procrastination, taken the time to assuaged my unrealistic fears, and answered my myriad questions without inference toward my lack of medical knowledge. I have witnessed the staff "shift into high gear" in response to critical situations and "go the extra mile" to insure I receive timely attention for referred services, despite my insurance company's Draconian procedures. I anticipate learning more from her about how to manage my aging body.

I was warned about this doctor and her rude staff. I am one that checks reviews prior to making an appointment. I would not bring my dog to this doctor based on so many comments.

Please be aware this office requires a pre-visit before they proceed with any exam, even a routine pap. This is an unusual requirement and you will pay for this visit. It will not be covered under preventative care. Office did not tell me up-front to expect to pay for this visit, although when questioned after-the-fact, they told me it was disclosed in the myriad of paperwork I signed. Because this pre-visit is unusual, I did my due diligence with BCBS. Although BCBS said that this visit would be covered under preventative care, it ends up coded in such a way that it is not. I am frustrated because this pre-visit is expensive and common questions such as number of live births, terminated pregnancies, and last menstrual cycle were not even asked. I also feel that office personnel were aggressive as soon as I questioned the bill, and although my intention was to remain calm, the conversation turned negative surprisingly fast. So...one pre-visit & one pap...and now I have to find a new doctor because I feel taken advantage of with the pre-visit and am uncomfortable with the tone/attitude of the office staff.

Do not understand why Dr. Brady is in practice. To say she is horrible would be a gross understatement, worse yet, her staff is equally bad at what they do ~ very rude! She prescribed wrong medicine for a condition and when the lab results of a blood test came back abnormal, she didn't even phone to follow up. The only time she was willing to talk with me, was when I would schedule an appointment, perhaps for the fee. Would not recommend this doctor to anyone and would suggest that her current patients be very careful.

Dr. Brady is a great doctor....I know she can run a little late but I have never been to a doctor than runs on time. Once in her office she is very caring and professional and takes as much time as is needed to resolve the issue. Maybe that is why her office runs late. I would rather get in a little late and be treated great. Dr. Brady is not at all arrogant and really listens...I like to do a lot of research and Dr. Brady encourages this in her patients, active participation in their own health care needs. Dr. Brady is a great Dr.

This is the worst physician I have encountered in my life. She almost killed my father. She had him so sedated he didnt know where he was and who he was. His Diabetes was the worst it has been. I would never let this woman who couldnt get into med school treat my dogs let alone a human.
