Dr Casas was very nice and explained everything thoroughly without talking down to me. She ordered precautionary tests which I appreciated. I want my doctor to be thorough. She is an excellent physician and I feel protected under her care.

I was so disappointed in the experience I had with Dr. Cases. I had high hopes because of the reviews I had read about her on a website. Later I found out that site was set up to only take positive reviews. I had a long list of issues but she immediately told me that due to insurance, we could only address one thing per visit. It was down hill from there. She didn't listen to me or my concerns. I was in tears when I left there because I felt like my concerns were totally dismissed. She was very condescending. She didn't prescribe me anything for any of my symptoms but instead insisted that I find a specialist for all my complaints. I left there with the advise that I'm supposed to find a gastrologist, a dermatitist, a psychiatrist and a rheumotologist. So????? Why the hell did I even bother seeing her? What a waste of time and money. I would not recommend her to anyone. And to think, I stopped seeing my last doctor for the same reason.

Dr.Casas is one of the best doctors that my family have ever seen. She listen to all of our needs. My middle son has Asthma and she sits and shows him how to use his medicine. When ever we have a problem she listen and try to understand what is the problem and how to fix it. I really appreciate her. I would tell everyone to go see her.

Well I have seen Dr. Casas since 2001 for myself. She is the dr for my two children one 9 years old and the other is 10months, since they been born. I never had a problem with this dr. Both of my kids were premature and now have asthma. she is very concern with our health and is glad to answer any questions I might have about any medical problems. Dr Casas is a fair, lovable, concerned, knowledgeable and patient dr. Now I am one with a attitude out this world. If I can say that this dr know her stuff, believe she is the best dr ever!

I had initially come to this doctor as a new patient and then had to deal with her through a 3-week period dealing with an illness. During that time, she was extremely condescending to the point where she acted like I was lying due to the fact that all the tests came back negative or inconclusive. She didn’t take any time to try to explain what could be wrong and did not keep me updated on any progress in the matter. She spoke down to me and dismissed my statements and concerns with presumptive and vague answers. Most of all, she offered no treatment and I still don't know how high the bills will be. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone as their primary physician, though I assume that if there was a more pressing issue and yours wasn’t available she is acceptable.

I really was disappointed when i went to see Dr. Casas. I went to see her because my regular dr. was overbooked and needed to be seen for my asthma.. I felt like she was cold and uncaring. She had no bedside manner and didnt listen to what i had to say. She didnt really explain herself and didn't give me a chance to ask any questions. I could have gave myself better care then she did, and if i had a license i could have already prescribed myself the medication..
