Very satisfied. No unessassary tests or charges. Accessable and knows my name and remembered that I even had children though they live in another state and don't go to her. It's the personal things that don't make me feel like a number. My Dr should know me better than they my insurance provider. When she was out of town this week, I saw her husband (Dr James) who shares a practice with her. I had a longer than usual wait because he had her overflow but he sat with me to learn my issues and didn't just "here, take this".

Even thou my wait times averaged over 45 mins and felling rused at times I was tolerant of the actions of this office.I was very surprised with the treatment from this office recently. After being a patient for several years with no known personality or appointment conflicts I received a letter of dismisal. I was quite surprised of the coldness and mistreatment when I tried to find out the reason. There was no reason given just a run around with no closer or answers.
