Was my Dr. for a few months then I moved and transferred
out. He’s ok I didn’t care for his staff. On comment below
about Linda Gomes ( I use to work with her at the hospital)
Couldn’t stand her. She sounds highly medicated when she speaks
and always trying to act cool and hip for her age. She’s pathetic ! Also heard from many her daughter is white trash. I was so happy to hear Linda retired. No longer have to work with this “ all over the place “ nut job. She’s one annoying af lady

Negative review below written by Linda Gomes of Thomaston, CT. She's a crazy woman and a pothead. I feel she's mentally ill. Instead of using her time to write a negative review she should seek a good shrink. She's insane! A friend of mine knew her when she worked at the hospital( said lady was all over the place) I've seen this doctor he's fine.

This doctor was suspended by the State of Connecticut and his was later on put on probation; he would not release the records of my boyfriend who was hospitalized; he told me that he had not signed out his hospital films when the hospital said he did; he dispensed medication to my boyfriend without instructions as to what it was and without side effect warning; he over-medicated him to the point that he was hospitalized; I had to get the State of Connecticut involved to get him to release medical records which he did not do initially; the pharmacy records did not match his medical records so he was not keeping good medical records as well; the worse experience of our life with with this physician. Run his name in a search engine and you will come up with the particulars of his suspension and probation.

This is a very caring doctor, yes at times wait time could become a drag if you did not come prepare with a book or magazine but, I say it is worth the wait time since he is so great at his profession and ready to answer any questions you may have for him and ease any medical worries you may have. Dr. Schiano Thank You

Way too long of a waiting time, 2-3 hours! You deserve to know the TRUTH! http://www.dir.ct.gov/dph/hcquality/Physician/Orders_Physicians/001-000516/20050218001051.pdf

I know the wait can be long but he is very thurough. I have not had a more caring doctor. He is constantly updating me on the information latest information of the medications that I am on and once called me in because one medication I was on had a study done that conserned him. He has personally followed up on many occasions. I think his staff in the office can be a little more organized but all in all I believe I have gotten excellent treatment. He is well worth the wait!!!

people usually dont care how much time the doctor spends with them, but insist on complaining when they have to wait conveniently forgetting about the hospitality they are shown every week

The 1st visit I had scheduled, after I'd waited almost 1 1/2 hours, with no staff indicating there was a delay, I left, leaving word for the doctor to call to reschedule me. No call. I called to reschedule and again, waited an hour to see the doctor. His attitude is very lax, his concern for my wait time, insincere and lacking. After having completing a lengthy initial visit form, his questions indicated that he had not read it. He was, however, willing to listen and respond to my questions, as well as look through vitamins I brought to do a recommendation. He is very friendly and I'm sure he has great bed-side manner but he definitely overbooks patients.
