I will begin by saying that I am a bit of a perfectionist. I have high expectations and in general, I'm kinda hard to please. (What fun, I know!!) That said, it is without hesitation that I give Dr. Pfahl THE PERFECT rating, The work she performed for me (multiple crowns) was truly without fault. First and foremost, she is respectful and courteous and every appointment was right on time. She is an attentive listener, willing and able to address any and all concerns. She is notably conscientious and diligently hardworking. In addition, all staff members are a direct reflection of Dr. Pfahl's high standard of professionalism. Thank you to each and every one of you for making this experience truly a delight.

I know Dr. Pfahl has good reviews but she is the worst dentist I have ever been to. She caused me so much misery and pain and misdiagnosed my original problem. I have since had to leave her office as I just don't trust her anymore. Her bedside manners lack compassion as well.

I came to this practice from one that was more concerned with making money and upselling services than taking care of the patient. They always made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Dr. Pfahl is very kind and positive, and acts as a partner in my oral health. I was delighted to find a young knowledgeable dentist with excellent people skills and part of an excellent team. Nice to find a new dental home!

Dr Pfahl does excellent work. She fixed my faulty filling done years ago by another dentist quickly and comfortably. She got my bite right afterwards and I had no pain. This is the first time I have ever had a filling done right the first time! I highly recommend Dr Pfahl.

For years I'd neglected my teeth and was very nervous about taking that first step back to dental health - and as each year passed it was harder and harder to do so, knowing it would be obvious to anyone looking in my mouth. When a serious toothache developed, though, I knew I had no choice and searched this site for suitable dentists. That lead me to Rattray Dentistry and I made an appointment. When the dreaded day arrived, I showed up at the office and was assigned to Dr. Pfahl.

Almost from the minute I stepped across the entryway, my concerns were put at ease. What had once been a huge mountain of stress I'd avoided climbing just melted away and, after a few visits, I was back to normal again.

The entire staff at the Barrhaven location I visited were always professional and non-judgmental and Dr. Pfahl has a very easy-going manner. If anyone is reading this, and facing their own stress mountain, I cannot recommend Dr. Pfahal and her staff highly enough.
