The front desk girls are rude and they carry on personal conversation's while you wait..sorry but I don't want to hear about their personal life....And for a lack of better words the phone nurses are idiots...bring you in for nothing but let you child have a fever or any other symptom it's well let's try this and that...And as for the Doctor's they all have attitudes..I would never recommend this practice to any body. We have left the practice best thing we ever did.

He may have personality, but I'm not looking for that in a doctor. I would like punctuality, concern, knowledge, and a willingness to finding answers in the medical treatment of my child. I find that all the doctors in this firm are rather pretentious. They are often late to appointments but then rush the parents when questions arise. The administrative and accounting staff are the worst. They misplace information and tend to be disorganized in which forms need to be processed. I have been going there for over three years because they were the only ones to accept my insurance ... but I should have made a change much sooner. They referred us out of network two times, costing me over $2000 in charges at the other practice. They also misdiagnosed an ear infection, that we discovered the next day was an actual tooth cavity (no fluid or infection in ear). All they heard from me was that the pain seemed to radiate through the cheek and they assumed ear infection.

Wow..If you need the best pediatrician in Asheville, this is him.We had found out that ABC was the best pediatrician office in Asheville so immediatly we wanted our son going there..We had a meeting with Dr. Chu..seemed like a VERY good doctor, but no real personality, so we were bummed, bu decided to stay with him until we foiund someone better.Well I had my son via c-section and about 20 min later ABC's group was there checking him out & it was Dr. Paschall..I knew right then and there that's who my son would be seeing from then on.My son has BAD acid reflux and he did not give up on finding a cure until I called and said he was better.Like most parents I want what's best for my son & Paschall is it! It was a rocky road to get him here and I want the best care for him to have a healthy life :) The whole group at ABC is amazing, but he is who I would reccomend :)
