My dog gets better treatment than my family member. I feel the treatment from this clinic is inhumane. No pain meds to hold them over until surgery, the clinic neglected to finalize his surgery details and therefore didn't get the surgery scheduled with the surgery center at the hospital. So my family member had taken time off to recover and he STILL has not received a new surgery date a week later!! All the while no pain meds have been prescribed. He cannot take any ibuprofin just in case the surgery could happen tomorrow!!! The communication is appalling at this facility!!!! Go to a different Dr... DO NOT Trust this office to correctly care for you or a family member. You would regret it.

I saw Dr. Baggenstos to determine if surgery was the best approach to address the symptoms caused my significant spinal degeneration. Both my wife and I felt he was knowledgeable, articulate and reassuring about my options. I intend to work with him and his team and proceed with the surgery he's recommending.

Dr. Baggenstos is everything anyone could want in a surgeon - and his specialty is arguably the most complicated. He's great at explaining all the issues, takes more time with you then you can even expect and answers all questions. He is warm, calm, and clearly very intelligent. He checked on me in the hospital every day after my surgery and gave me a huge amount of confidence in my recovery, which has gone great. Follow up appointments are plentiful, and all of my interactions with the office were easy and well organized. You are in good hands - no pun intended!

Unfortunately, this survey will not accept individual scores for agents and staff. Thus the poor rating. You cannot get through to actual staff, instead you are answered by 'agents' that are clueless and tell you that prescriptions will be sent in within 24-48 hrs and, any question you have on a Friday, with your surgery on a Tuesday, you are also told that they will be answered within 24-48hrs. It was a question that needed to be answered regarding husband and covid-19 quarantine. 24-48hrs wouldn't work and this was explained. I got the return call on Monday--by then, it was too late and was of no use.
