Dr Pollard and her staff have been taking care of my smile for about four years Everyone is very friendly and my hygienist, Valery, is very gentle and does a great job cleaning my teeth.

I Recently switched dentists and so far every appointment me and my children have had have been very pleasant. All the staff and dentists seem like they care and they take time to do what’s best for you. So far the biggest difference has been they’re not gonna do procedures that they don’t feel is necessary at the time, we’re most other dentists just want to make the money. So far very happy with my switch and can’t wait to continue seeing them

I was not impressed with how Dr. Pollard treated by son during during his last visit. Dr. Pollard was more concerned about other patients in the office then by the patient in the chair, who was a 7 year old boy. Dr. Pollard clearly did not use enough freezing and decided to pull out my sons tooth regardless of the clear pain he was in. She repeatedly told my son to stop crying (at least 5+ times during the appointment) because she was worried that other patients would be scared by hearing his cries. My son has never feared (or cried at) the dentist and he has had teeth pulled before. I have wanted to find a new dentist for a while but yesterday’s visit really solidified that thought and I will no longer be bringing my family in for dental work done by Dr. Pollard. When I informed the office to cancel our future appointments and that my family would no longer be coming in to Brightside Dental for work, there was’t even any care or compassion shown, and they didn’t even question why a family of four would choose to go elsewhere.
