Dr. Mack is a great surgeon however his bedside manner is something he needs to work on. He is very cavalier and has a tendency to talk down to you

Dr. Ben Mack is a good surgeon. He fixed my hernia. No problems. No complications. I recommend him. All surgeons are arrogant but he knows his stuff.

I had to have gallbladder removed. He worked me in at the 1st available slot so I didn't have to wait a day. He explained everything in detail, checked on me regularly and was very professional and friendly.

I cannot say enough horrible facts about this doctor. Ruined my life. He has the largest ego of any person I have ever met. Botched my breast surgery so badly that I live in constant pain.
