He dropped four F-bombs in the first five minutes and took a personal call during the appointment. He also stated "women like to think they know what is happening in their bodies." Unprofessional. I didn't feel comfortable at all.

I’ve been to Dr.Ogunlewe twice, the first time was to see about having a procedure done to which he was willing and confident to do. I asked him about possible side effects and he said that it was an easy procedure and things would be just fine and he was happy to help. I went back for a check up and mentioned I was having pain to which he immediately berated me and told me it’s my fault because “I didn’t know how to leave well enough alone and shouldn’t have had the procedure done” he very rude and condescending the entire appointment and even made me cry. I will not be going back to him whatsoever. There has to be better doctors, try find someone better.

I visited Dr. Ogunlewe with secondary infertility. I was at first made to feel ridiculous that I was suffering from it. Some examples of his literal statements were "God just decided it's not your turn yet" (after 1.5 years of trying) and that "if you want to be poked and prodded, we can poke and prod away). This being said; he performed hormone testing and blood work and everything came back good. He then suggested an HSG procedure. It was very painful, I was not informed of how much pain there would be, but it worked. I conceived a few days after. He said that it would ensure everything was clear and it has the side effect of "Flushing the cobwebs" and can increase the chance of conception.

Although I did find him blunt and offside with blaming my infertility on religion; he was extremely helpful and allowed me to conceive. I am forever grateful to him. He is very knowledgeable.

Dr Ogunlewe was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I went into surgery feeling completely comfortable and at ease. Would highly recommend him! Donna at the front is so kind and helpful. 5 stars

I was referred by my family dr. Upon arrival the visit started initially well. Until I was questioned on my medical history, particularly my lack of having a regular Pap test. I assume my answer was not appropriate, as his demeanour immediately changed. He went from being engaging and friendly to belittling, condescending and rude. I was there for one issue and also discussed with him my heavy menstruel cycles and pain are, I entered the conversation with humour as I am often reserved, I told him that I was done with my uterus and it could just leave. I expect a man whom has never experienced severe uterine pain would not understand but he took it one step further and immediately became combative and demeaning. He stood up from his stool and proceeded to say that just so you are aware a hysterectomy is now completely off the table for you. I am a healthy 37 year old woman, with two kids, my statement was a statement of frustration not a desire to have him remove my uterus. I never asked him to preform a hysterectomy, I understand how my comment may have been construed as that, but the real question is why did it set him off that bad. He looked at my chart and accused me of coming in every couple of years and demanding unnecessary procedures. The last time I saw him I went in to discuss a uterine ablation. At that time he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable . He gave me all of the necessary information to make an informed decision. I decided the ablation wasn’t for me. On this appointment he no longer favoured the ablation as he once had due to the complications that it caused women. Due to the fact that I made a sound decision on my own personal health, based on the information he told me I was taken aback when he accused me of demanding procedures. I called him on it immediately and he proceeded to apologize and say oh I was just kidding. It wasn’t funny, it was demoralizing, rude and diminishing. He delivered my son 10 years ago, and I found him straight forward but friendly and informative, this time I found him lacking in moral character. I do believe that his skills and expertise are invaluable, however his ability to be empathetic, kind, and informative without the air of superiority should be unacceptable. It’s a shame I felt as though I had to write this review, but it has been a bit since I have seen him and I feel that his comments and demeanour made the appointment more uncomfortable than it should have been.

Worst doctor to go to....he's rude, condescending....he is disrespectful and makes you feel bad for knowing what you want for yourself during labor and birth. He's not careful. He tries to force you into a C-Section all because he's not patient enough, and he shoves science into your face to make you feel stupid. Him and most of the nurses make Lloyd Hospital feel like the most unsafe place to give birth. All he does is cause unnecessary pain and trauma.

When I was in labor I felt a sharp pain so I moved the pain was taring he ruined my experience by saying it was my fault. His secretary is nice but he is rude and made me very upset

Super smart and genuine. Really wants to help people. Compassionate, charming, funny, honest. Helped me feel relaxed and confident about my surgery. I would never go anywhere else
