She is a wonderful, knowledgeable Doctor who wants the best for her patients. She responds to questions honestly and tactfully. I would highly recommend her.

Cold. Bad bedside manner. Doesn't care about the long-term health of her patients. Everyone is just a statistic. Stay away.

Knowledgeable, friendly, it's been great to have her as a doctor. Only problem is sometimes I'll tell the nurse that I'm worried about something and need to talk to her about it...but then the appointment rushes by and my concern doesn't come up. I guess I need to bring it up with her too instead of assuming she and the nurse communicated about it.
Overall though, she answers my questions clearly, she makes me feel comfortable, she's kept me alive, which is a big plus...she's good at her job.

Dr.Lam is a very intelligent and polite physician. Our experience under her carer has been beyond exceptional and she comes highly reccomended by our family.

Horrible bedside manner, condescending when asking questions, extremely concerned that she is using our loved one as a guinea pig instead of keeping her patients well being in mind.
