Office staff is not helpfull at all. They messed up,on my referral,so I missed not seeing her for two years ..;last visit they told me it was a follow up…not..Was told I had no referral for the test,but after waiting for ever ,just had a quick visit and that was it. I did have a referral for the test,but they said no. I got home,after a drive from Inverness,and looked at referral…it was there. I believe they did not want to do it..too many patients in the waiting room .. I love the doctor but the office staff is not competent. Dr Ania is a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Janicka Ania E MD, is my endocrinologist at least over 5 years, she is an excellent excellent doctor, yes the wait is very long in their office but it is worth it, she and her staff there are very caring and professional. Dr. Janicka is one of a kind doctor would listen you carefully, value your opinion, never be littles you or your complains then she will pay attention to every detail you tell her so she can diagnose you with the right sickness and treat your sickness with the right treatment method. I love her dearly because after all those years of mistreatment and misunderstanding from a lot of other doctors she was able to diagnose my problem PMDD ( a very rare women hormonal ovulation neurological complicated disease ) Thank you very much for doing your job with a smile, listening your patients caringly, without judging, without rushing, and paying attention to every detail. I can't recommend her enough, if you are looking for a kind, caring, very knowledgeable, but down to earth doctor, she is the one for you, too
