At the recommendation of a friend, I went to see Dr. Chen for an emergency treatment. He was able to explain to me my options in easy-to-understand terms. He ended up removing a tooth that was severely infected and later replaced it with an implant for me. Although the process took longer than expected compared to a bridge, it was a better option for me in the long term.

Dr. Chen kept me well informed during each step of the procedure. Also, after advising me of a worst-case scenario, none of it came to pass. I had minimal discomfort in tooth and jaw after the freezing wore off. The implant surgery was not only minimally painful but with almost no swelling.
