Amazing experience. Dr. Ruppel has a wealth of knowledge and skill. He was able to diagnose and treat me after I wasted thousands of dollars of imagining and treatments by specialists that got me nowhere. I recommend all my friends and family members here.

As far as the staff rating, I saw no staff - just Dr. Ruppel. Although he seemed knowledgable and was originally upbeat about being able to help me, in the end, nothing he did really worked for me and he seemed stumped and it felt like he just gave up on me. Maybe not his fault, but discouraging nonetheless.

Dr. Ruppel was great and made me feel great. He was the first chiropractor I had been to, so I was a bit nervous and didn't know what to expect. But he was very easy to talk to and very helpful. Great at what he does! I was shocked at how good he was at knowing what my issues were even when I had a hard time identifying the cause and explaining the pain. Was equally thrilled with the relief of pain and tension immediately following the adjustments he did. He is really an amazing person also. Makes you feel very at ease and comfortable in the way that he communicates with you. Very fun and understanding. I was recommending him right after my appointment! And will continue to do so. :)
