I came for help for my fractured finger that was healed weird which created a bump. It was hurting so much as well which is why I booked an appointment. Dr. Pamela Punungwe made fun of my finger and made an inconsiderate joke about not being able to put a marriage ring on it since it was my left ring finger. I will never go back to her again.

Absolute trash. Is the nicest I can put it. I sat here and read all the positive reviews and thought she must have so vendetta out for me because I am having such an awful experience with her AND that's if she ever shows up to an appointment.

I was so excited to find a women of African descent to be my doctor. I thought after all she would empathize with me and a condition that predominately impacts African American women. To my ABSOLUTE surprise I was wrong.
It's like prying nails to get any answers or guidance from her. As she has just had a kid maybe she needs to retire and care for him ( the worst part is she disappeared and didn't tell anyone prior!!! God forbid you're in a real emergency). Unknowingly, my father also was signed up with her which was hilarious once we shared our very similar experiences and thoughts about her practice. I say stay away!

Punctuality = 0
Professionalism = 2 (only because she comes off like it at first)
Knowledgeable = 0 ( I found pills she prescribed me 47 bucks for 25 bucks from a health food store)

Dr Pamela listens, cares and does an amazing job! She ensures that all your needs are met and never gives up until she finds an answer to your problem. Dr Pamela ensures she covers everything from A-Z!

Zero punctuality, Zero helpfulness, Zero knowledge. We had the worst experience with this doctor. No proper advice is provide when asked and there have been instances where she made wrong diagnosis. Doesn't even read the past history and is always late even for virtual appointments by 2 hours. Speaking to her, doesn't add value at all and you don't feel safe and content. Not sure why the other reviews are 5*. Mostly through new profile or by friends or family. Would not recommend at all.

Dr.Punugwe is the best family doctor we have.lived in Canada 16years till now.none of the family doctor is friendly and professional like her.If you are looking for a good doctor in Greater Toronto Area.Dont miss her
