This is the first time I have experienced discrimination in a doctor's office. The times have changed, Dr Li. You cannot treat others based on their appearance.

JUST TERRIBLE! Saw her at the walk-in clinic recently. She lacks compassion. She came into the room with a sneering look of scorn but as I told her what was wrong her face literally lit up and a corner of her mouth turned up! WTH?! If you can't help me don't add salt to my wound. It is absoluately UNACCEPTABLE that a doctor finds pleasure in a patient's suffering!

I only learned too late that Dr Li has a notorious reputation that precedes her. I had a terrible experience with Dr. Li. I left the office in tears as she belittled me. She is unprofessional and didn't listen. Not only is she incompetent but she is also rude. God forbid she has her own practice.

Dr Li a disgrace to the medical profession. She is the antithesis of what it means to be a health care provider. Judging by the way she talked to me, her disregarding tone of voice and body language, it appears that she has little regard for her patients. She did not listen to what I had to say, and made me feel like I am a waste of her time. She rushed me out of the clinic without resolving my simple concern. After wasting 1.5 hours there, I had to go to another physician who was able to quickly diagnose and addressed my health problem. Rather than wasting the patient's time by denying that their symptoms are real, why doesn't she brush up on her medical knowledge or at least refer patients to a doctor who knows better?

Absolutely love doctor Li. She has gone above and beyond for me many times over, even personally calling one of her colleagues to help me out and get a quick helpful surgery I really needed. I will always be grateful to Dr. LI and hoping for the day she will have her own practice so I can see her regularly.

Dr. Li is always so calm and caring when I see her. She’s extremely helpful and always listens. She’s helped me in ways she will never know!

Dr. Li is the most uncaring and unhelpful doctor I've ever come accross. She truly seems to be in the wrong profession. I've never submitted a negative review of anyone online before, but feel compelled to in Dr. Li's case. On every ocassion she has been dismissive, wouldn't listen and talked over me, used a condesending tone, then denied me basic medical service.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Li. She is professional, listened and in each interaction for both me and my kid, offered good advice, guidance and medical support. She's highly competent and kind, and she's also no nonsense which I really value in a doctor. If she had her own practice I would sign up in a heartbeat.
