Dr. Jany is an exceptionally competent practitioner in pulmonary function. I found him to be a straight shooter; albeit, respectful, and polite. Since I prefer my physicians, to be focused, direct straightforward, his style suited me very well. I do not believe that I could be in more capable hands than those of Dr. Jany. He welcomes any questions that I had during the appointment and provided some excellent advice other than simply writing a prescription. His administrative staff was polite and friendly, which is all that I require.

Dr. Jany is a dismissive, arrogant, misogynistic man! That is all.
Receptionist tries to cut you off and just keeps talking over you until you stop talking, but if you don't stop talking and don't let her cut you off, then she says she doesn't have to listen to you.

Doctor is fine, but the receptionist/nurse is very rude, argumentative and aggressive when you try to relay what recommendations another physician has given. She got very confrontational and went as far as calling other physicians 'unprofessional', among other things. As i tried to explain myself, she wouldn't allow me to get a word in, so i ended up hanging up the phone.

I have nothing only praise for Dr. Jany he is always on time and is a very conscientious doctor. His secretary is the best I’ve ever come across in the medical field.

Failed to give results of scans at at appointment meant for that purpose, then refused to take a few minutes to take care of that after I returned a few minutes later. Last appointment of the day is 2:45, which is hard for working people. His office admin is awesome; kind, helpful, empathetic. He does not give the impression that he gives a flying fig. My prescription is a dose of “Clear and Vivid”, the podcast with Alan Alda, the episode about Empathy.
